Reentry Mastermind

A community of educators with whom to re-imagine solutions to your greatest reentry challenges.

Reentry planning that is inclusive of diverse learners is new territory for all of us.

We will need to adjust current systems for maintaining compliance and for delivering high quality, specialized interventions. Teachers and leaders will need to expand capacities to lead this work. With delay, we risk exacerbating equity gaps that already exist for diverse learners.

But we can work together to learn faster.

In working with teams to create inclusive plans, we are seeing how strong reentry planning always prioritizes students with disabilities and ELs.

What is necessary for some is often good for all.

Through this weekly community of practice, our expert facilitators will hold the space and provide structures for you to work collaboratively with other leaders engaged in similar work. We will explore issues of equity central to reentry, co-create solutions to the biggest challenges you are facing, and design a path forward that includes all students.

Together, we can be ready for all of our learners when school resumes, minimizing lost learning and building energized and equipped school communities.

Wait, what is a mastermind?
A mastermind group is a group of peers who regularly meet in order to give each other guidance, advice, and support. Participating in a mastermind is a great way to collaborate and grow.
